Irish Red Mullet is definitely a feel like summer moment🌞. Served with a ratatouille, couscous and a fennel salad. Those kind of ingredients aren’t getting into our kitchen often so don’t miss out.

We are right in the middle of white asparagus season so this week we serve them with a beautiful Hollandaise Sauce and Achill Island smoked. Season is short so don’t miss it 💙🤍❤️.
