Trackplan Job Requests Video The 6 different ways a Job Request can be raised on the Trackplan system.

The Job Request module is very important on the Trackplan system and used by many of our Clients. A Request can be the first step in the life of a Job so this can be raised in many ways by many different individuals. 😊

✔️ From the system when logged in - A user can have a restricted role so he/she can only raise Requests and view their own history of requests. (Photos & Documents can be attached)
✔️ From a web page with no login - A unique URL can be generated and made available to non login individuals. On this web page they can choose the site, location, sub location, description and submit the request. (Photos & Documents can be attached)
✔️ From our Request App - Users on the system can be given access to the Request App for all sites or specific sites. This App can be embedded on their device and will always be available to them. (Photos can be attached)
✔️From a unique link sent via email - This unique link can be generated for a specific site, location, sub location or asset. Once clicked the individual will be brought to the guest view of the Request App where they can raise the request. (Photos can be attached)
✔️ By scanning the Request QR Code - Request QR Codes are generated for each site, location, sub location or asset. Anyone can scan these codes from any device and it will open the guest view of the Request App. (Photos can be attached)
✔️ By Email - An email can be sent to a specific email address. This will automatically create a Request using the subject and body of the email.

A small but important release for 3 separate clients to help them manage their workload more efficiently. We work very closely with all of our clients to make sure they are getting the most out of the software.

✔️ Upload Centre – Download template can include all existing data.
✔️ Job Sub Type filter added to Reports filters.

The Trackplan CAFM system allows you to set up Schedules for any type of planned work and for any time period. You can create a schedule for just one site or apply to multiple sites or locations. You can also choose to create a schedule for an asset or a collection of assets. Set default Assigned Users & Resources for each schedule but easily change the User or Resource on different Sites or Assets.

With our CAFM solution you have unlimited Users who can be grouped into Teams to help manage and distribute work to the correct people.
You can provide colour codes for each user to be used on the job list and calendar. Specify the landing page a user sees when they login. Specify if emails will be sent automatically on key events such as a new job being assigned to them.
Control what users are able to see and do. For example you may want a user to only be able to see and manage jobs for their site.
