On Sunday, July 22nd 2012, Adare Manor will host “The Garden Party” in the formal gardens. The dress code for the event will be period costume so as to create a tableau vivant of “The Garden Party” -- the painting of a similar party from 1903 at Adare Manor by artist John Sutton.

In 1812, the First Lady Dunraven, Lady Caroline, visited Adare Manor for her inaugural stay at what was to become her beloved home. Her impact on the estate now spans two centuries. Today, guests of the Manor House can enjoy one of the property’s most extraordinary suites, Lady Caroline’s Suite at Adare Manor, which includes her private rooms that were decorated especially for her.

The Adare Manor Garden Party will begin at 3.00pm on Sunday, July 22nd. Tickets are €50.00 per person, with the proceeds being donated to Milford Hospice.
