Unwrap this week’s Christmas Cocktail - this week we’re featuring the Santa Sour 🎅🏼💫

With sweetness from the homemade cranberry syrup balanced beautifully with sour notes of vodka, Cointreau and lemon juice. Shaken over ice with egg white and served on the rocks.

In the run-up to Christmas this December we’re featuring a different festive cocktail each week at The Locke Bar. This week is the Merry Berry Spritz - with flavours of cranberry, blood orange, Passionfruit and mango topped with soda and prosecco for that festive sparkle.

Walk-ins welcome throughout the weekend for dining, drinks and live music and Irish dancing from 9pm nightly.
