Be aware of how powerful your thoughts are. Thoughts are energy and whatever you focus on brings more of the same. 2 Tips- 1. Always think and speak positively about yourself. 2. When creating goals focus on what you want to have or be.... Not on what you dont want or dont want to be . Weightloss goal is good example of how to put this exercise of positive thinking into action . Eg. I'm a slim person carrying excess weight 👍 Never think... I'm a fat person 👎 Have positive reasons for your goals too Eg. I'm want to shed that excess weight off my slim body 👍(focusing on what you want to achieve ) Not ....Im going on a diet because I don't want to be fat and overweight 👎.
