When our partners in send us updates on programme participants like Sophia; Alphonsina and Tatu a word that is often used to describe these farmers is 'courage' (in Irish 'misneach') - alongside strength and hope and wonderfulness!

It's been over a week now since the 58 heifers donated from people across Ireland were distributed to their new families in Kosovo's Suhareka region, where they will make an incredible difference to their livelihoods 💚🇽🇰

We cannot thank our donors and supporters enough, including groups of donors from Moate, the North-East, Roscommon, Dualla, and the southeast who all directly contributed cattle. These living gifts will have a legacy for years to come 🐄🌱
