I have done a diagnostic for them and advise them of a usual failure of the conductor plate in the transmission.
Advised customer where to send the part for repair.

After repairs he came back for ECU and TCM rest to delete all the stored codes✅

2010 Mercedes C Class w204, customer upgraded there steering wheel and instrument cluster to the newer version that have screen in the middle.
Customer have it fitted and came for us to do mileage adjustment which has been done to match the old instrument cluster ✅

The customer has an intermittent check engine light on the dash and went to NCT when the light was off and it failed on emissions.
