Situated in the popular commuter town of Portlaoise and within walking distance of the town centre, this community is designed for people at every stage of life.

🏥 CROAL Cancer Treatment Facility, Limerick

This state-of-the-art medical centre is being developed in Limerick as part of a wider healthcare and care campus, addressing critical demand for advanced oncology services in the Mid-West region.

A €26.5 million investment by Aedifica will fund construction of the facility, which is being forward-funded and leased on a long-term basis.

The centre will be operated as a joint venture between UPMC and Bon Secours Health System, bringing international expertise and building on their successful collaboration in advanced cancer care elsewhere in Ireland.

This new facility will expand radiotherapy, medical oncology and support service capacity locally, helping to reduce waiting times and improve outcomes for patients across the Mid-West.

Once completed, the wider care campus will comprise:

🔹 3,200 sqm day hospital
🔹 Four-storey 9,000 sqm medical centre
