A pinch me moment😆😍 I am honoured to be joining this incredible lineup for the Women in Wellness event coming up in on Sunday March 12th to celebrate International Women’s Day.

The event is in aid of ,a fantastic resource in Limerick to support children following a loss or bereavement.

The MC on the Day will be the Wonderful Richard Lynch of
The Charlotte Tilbury Team from Brown Thomas Limerick will be joining us on the day.

JANUARY 2023 LETS GO💪🏻🥳
After having a very indulgent Christmas break, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I’m very excited to get back into my normal exercise & eating routine.

I’ve been feeling quite sluggish the last few days, although I am battling a cold at the moment🤧not eating the right foods and not drinking enough water is definitely contributing to how I feel.

💪🏻To get back on track, for the next 2 weeks I plan to….

✔️Drink 2 litres of water daily
✔️Eat protein at each meal
✔️Snack on fruits & veggies
✔️Get a good nights sleep, no phone after 8pm
✔️Start reading my new year book ( by 📚)

🔝All very basic, but these simple habits can make it easier to back into the swing of things.
