PLACE UL

With our colleagues from the UL Access office, we enjoyed welcoming the TY class from Ardscoil Mhuire, Limerick. The students are participating in a pilot of PLACE - an engaged learning model which has been developed as part of the (Service Learning Upscaling Social Inclusion for Kids) Erasmus+ project. They had a great day meeting with Olivia from Limerick Food Partnership, Dr. Yvonne Ryan University of Limerick, Paul Lee UL Wolves Clubs & Societies and engaging in their first Narrative 4 Ireland story exchange.

Well done to the TY students from our pilot schools Coláiste Iósaef and Coláiste Mhichíl, CBS Sexton Street, CBS Sexton Street who presented community projects they are currently working on at our recent SLUSIK Zoom Celebration event. Thanks to UL Access Office, all the teachers and students and especially our community partners Olivia Limerick Food Partnership, Rachel Narrative 4 and Sean Ballyhoura Development CLG
