☀️ HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING THIS WEEKEND WITH A DRIER END TO APRIL IN SIGHT☀️

Great news for many! It looks like high pressure will be building this Saturday, marking the beginning of a longer, drier spell of weather. While we might see a few isolated showers at first—especially in the west, northwest, and north—the forecast is looking brighter as the afternoon and evening approach, with more sunshine on the way.

The ECMWF, GFS, UKMO, and GEM weather models are all indicating mostly dry conditions extending into next weekend, featuring plenty of sunny spells throughout the week, although some cloud may roll in at times.

Looking further ahead, the Sub-seasonal ECMWF model suggests that high pressure could remain close to or even over Ireland during the first half of May, likely resulting in less rainfall and a greater chance of drier days.

Next week, we can expect temperatures to generally hover around the low to mid-teens.
