2022 was a busy year in the design office. Hoping to see some of these PND projects hit the ground soon. We adopted software and at the start of 2022 to give our clients the best possible visual perspective as early as possible in the design process. It has been transformative and 100% positive for us and for our clients.
As we enter #2023, we’d like to wish all our clients, colleagues and friends a Happy New Year! This little reel shows what’s possible in period houses using the correct techniques. Too often lime and lat ceilings are ripped out of old houses. With the right craftsperson - Eoin O Leary in this case - we managed to and retain the original ceilings in our own house here in . The product used is the amazing . Can’t recommend it enough.

Planning granted for this stunning site in . A stone’s throw from the mighty River Shannon, the house is designed & rendered by PND . Nice work.

The 2.8m wide house! A unique challenge for PND’s design team. A which was dilapidated until 2019 and restored by great clients who took on a project not many others would have had the vision for. The result is a sleek and lovely 2 bed with loads of light and a looooong back garden! More to come on this one….

New premises in beginning to take shape. This will be one of the most impressive vet practice premises in the West of Ireland once complete will have a dedicated spacious Large Animal Shed to the rear, dog and cat wards, operation rooms and prep areas, consult rooms and large retail premises.
