All meals on plan today, had fruit & yoghurt as snack 1 and a mini hummus with 4 wheat crackers as the second, flexifast tonight so in bed early with peppermint tea & Netflix

Kept it very simple today, had a bowl of fruit same as yesterday as my second treat (3 bites for the day)

Today I had 2 weetabix with sweetener & skim milk. Lunch was a toastie with ham, turkey & rf cheese with salads. Dinner was a prawn stir fry. Snacks were my usual hummus & crackers & fruit. Hope your day was good.

Sorry I was missing in action today, an unexpected check up for my girl in hospital today which brought its own anxiety as you can imagine. It all went really well & the best part of the day I got to see & chat to my mum all be it feet apart for all our sakes & to give her silly bits n pieces she likes. Stay well one & all we will definitely be stronger after this it will not defeat us. X
