Fiery Arrows - A Soundbath
Honouring Brigid through Sound and Intentions

We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to connect with Brigid’s energies and set intentions as fiery arrows. We’ll let our fiery arrows stay with us during the soundbath, holding our intentions and giving them space to deepen while listening to the sounds of Crystal bowls, Chimes and Tibetan Singing Bowls.

I’m delighted to be hosting a very special pop-up soundbath in one of the most magical spaces — the Bog Bothy at Girley Bog.

This is a free event, but registration is required so I can share the exact location details.

From the shelter of the Bothy, you’ll watch the sun set over Girley Bog while being immersed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes.
This session is an invitation to slow down, rest, and recharge — to connect with nature and let soothing vibrations ease your mind, release tension, and bring balance to body and mind.
