With summer holidays in full swing did you know, the colour of your child's swimsuit can make a significant difference in what you can clearly see under the water taking into account possible fear or panic?

Neon colours, especially neon orange, are the most visible under water, either in a pool or open water.
Think bright & contrasting – wear a colour that contrasts the most with either the bottom of the pool, lake, river, or ocean.

As helpful as a neon swimsuit may be, adult supervision continues to be the most effective way to keep children safe in the water - remember to designate one responsible adult to watch swimmers at a time.

Take turns throughout the day and encourage children to take swim/paddling breaks to give everybody time to relax and recharge.

And remember, SEE A LIFE TO SAVE A LIFE !!

This is Nadia Nadim. She was born in Afghanistan. Her father was killed by the Taliban when she was eleven and her family fled to Denmark in the back of a truck.

Nadia is a professional footballer and has represented the Danish national team on 103 occasions scoring 38 goals. She has also finished medical school and is studying to become a reconstructive surgeon when her playing days are over. She speaks 9 languages and is on the Forbes List as one of the most powerful women in international sports.

If you want to show your daughters a role model to look up to, show them Nadia Nadim not some spoilt dramatic celebrity. ❤

We simply have no words on what happened to the villagers of Creeslough. 💔

Our county and the whole country and further afield is devastated and saddened by the traumatic incident that took place in Creeslough.

With our fellow Donegal brothers and sisters all over the world this tragedy has been televised from Ireland to Australia and New Zealand to America.

Our thoughts are with family and friends and we think of our blue light emergency responders and hospital staff in both the North and South doing what they can to bring news to those already mourning and others still hoping.

We send a hug to those feeling the grief on a very dark day for our County. 💚💔💛

Designed and made by Clive Sinclair in 1985 you knew you were the bees knees had you one of these to come down to on a Christmas morning !!

They had huge publicity world wide and as seen below, even Ayrton Senna enjoyed them.

Now it isn't everyday they come up for sale so we are privileged to have secured this for the bids.
