Once awake after winter, bees are cleaning out the hive and sealing unwanted spaces with propolis. In some species only queen bee survives winter even though winter bees livespan is 4,5 to 7 times longer than summer bees and can be up to 6 months.

As it's getting warmer and warmer the bees are working hard to prepare for a new season.
