Meet Dr. Liam Burke! Liam is the Co-Prinicipal Investigator on the PIER Project and a lecturer in bacteriology at NUI Galway. Fun fact about Liam - he is currently in Spain learning about long-read sequencing for bacterial genomes!
Dr Sinead Duane is a Behavioural Change social scientist on the who is working with stakeholders to co-create strategies to protect our waters. The PIER “systems map” will identify what is working well & where changes are needed to protect our waters
