Facebook is testing two new functions at the minute - new sound alerts and a reply function. I got to test the reply function this morning. It's a great way to get your customers engaging with each other and conversing about your threads. A blanket launch date has not been announced yet, but I'm sure it's not too far away.

It snowed for 5 minutes, and social media sites explode with comments about snowboots and cancelling schools. Weather gets the greatest PR without even trying!
