FLOWS Project

We're seeking frontline healthcare workers & those who support them* to co-create guidelines for psychological support during and after COVID-19. This will be done in an online Delphi study (2-3 short surveys) in April.

*This includes anyone working in healthcare settings with COVID contact, from student to consultant level, and anyone working in a role that includes supporting such staff (healthcare management roles, occupational health, hospital HR and staffing depts, unions, psychological services etc). In the next phase of the project we are looking for people to help us create and refine a set of guidelines to support the mental health of frontline healthcare workers during the remainder of this pandemic and in any future public health emergency.
We are looking for anyone with first-hand experience of healthcare settings during the COVID-19 pandemic i.e. doctors, nurses, HSCPs, HCAs, students etc. You do not have to have participated in the survey to be part of the process at this stage.
