MESSAGE FROM CHRISTINE: I’m looking forward to renewing our practice after our long, hot summer! Everyone is welcome to end their week on the mat—breathing, moving, and restoring in a candlelit Tibetan Bowl Soundbath. Why not?!

A message from Kiltealy Men's & Women's Woodhub Shed:

Thank you - Brooks Family:
Everyone here in Kiltealy Men’s & Women’s Woodhub Shed would like to say a huge thank you to the Brooks family for organising the fantastic "Val Brooks Memorial Shoot" fundraiser this year. On Saturday, 19th September, we were delighted to receive an incredibly generous donation of €975.00.
We cannot thank the Brooks family enough for their never-ending generosity and support. We would also like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who supported the fundraiser.
The funds will be an amazing help to the Woodhub and the work we do for our local community. Thank you all so much for helping to make the Val Brooks Memorial Shoot such a fantastic success.
