Edenderry SCP is an initiative that aims to have a positive impact on students locally
What a beautiful week we had with some of our students from hunts and quizzes to art and playball. Visits to the library the playground and of course qe had to try out the new zipit in donadea
Friendships were made this week
New interests were taken up and most importantly fun was had

So far this week we have delivered 4 out of 6 step overs programmes to the 6th class in the following schools st Mary’s primary school
St Patrick’s primary school st conleths derrinturn and we had some students from st ciarans join in with one of our other groups
Thanks so much for all the schools for welcoming us in . This programme helps the students address their hopes and concerns for moving forward
It also gives us an opportunity to learn from eachother and reflect on all the good and not so good times we maybe experiences throughout primary . All the classes we worked with were fantastic and we want to wish them the very best in their new schools in September may all your futures be bright

We love running Roots of Empathy in our local primary schools it really does make a difference and has a huge positive impact on the students the teacher and the parent and baby involved
