Louth, Ireland. Mary underwent her training at the Institute of Health Sciences. Right Choice Nutrition open it's doors in 2014 and since then Mary has loved training, coaching and assisting individuals on their different health or sports journeys. Mary is an active athlete and has also completed numerous triathlons and Ironman races. Her most recent Ironman being the World Champions in Tennessee of 2017.
