Main Duties

· invoicing

· Dealing with email Enquires

· Dealing with Suppliers

· Good understanding of filing

· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

· Previous experience of office/administration work is essential (minimum 2 yrs)

· Excellent IT skills including excel & MS Word,

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

dealing with queries over the phone and by email

If you also have experience in the below please advise but they are not essential

Knowledge of Book-Keeping
Knowledge of accounting
Knowledge of Ros/ Revenue and RCT
