The past few weeks have been incredibly busy as I've been preparing for an extended summer break, and I'm delighted that most of my autumn plans are now in place. 🙌

Yesterday's Silva Method Club was all about intuition. Alongside our wonderful participants from Ireland, we were joined by people from the Philippines, San Francisco, and Switzerland. 💚

Moments like these remind me that when we come together for practice, there is truly no time and no space, only connection, growth, and shared experience.

But this post is not really about that...

At the end of our session, one participant asked a question I have heard thousands of times:

"How will I know that I am relaxed? How will I know that I am at the Alpha level, that my body and mind are truly at ease?"

I smiled because my answer has always remained the same:

You will know through practice.

We often want to understand every step of the process. We want explanations, signs, and certainty. But that is the mind asking for the "how." The deeper wisdom comes when we stop trying to figure everything out and simply allow ourselves to experience it.

My suggestion is always this: don't focus on how relaxation happens. Don't chase the Alpha level. Instead, gently relax and allow your body and mind to settle naturally.

The more you practice, the more familiar the feeling becomes. One day, you won't need to ask whether you are there, you will simply know.

Trust the process. Trust your practice. And most importantly, trust yourself. ✨

However, if you are completely new to this practice and would like some guidance, I have an online training that many people have found incredibly valuable. It gently takes you step by step into the Alpha level, helping you learn how to access this state with ease and use it for healing, personal growth, and conscious manifestation.

Yesterday was about so much more than just 10 km. It was about the atmosphere, the support, the laughter, the emotions at the finish line, and doing something incredible together. 🙌

Just before the start, it was raining a little, as if the weather was testing our commitment. But once we got moving, the sun came out and stayed right above our heads, cheering us on all the way.☀️

I'm especially grateful to have shared this experience with 35 amazing women from my network, while being part of a community of 30,000 people united by a great cause.

What If Your Best Answers Are Already Within You?

Intuition is often called our inner guidance system. It is the quiet voice within that connects us to our subconscious mind and, at a deeper level, to our soul.

While logical thinking relies on past experiences, facts, and analysis, intuition offers a different kind of wisdom. It helps us access insights that are aligned with our deepest values, desires, and purpose. It often knows the answer before the mind can explain it.

The soul holds the essence of who we truly are. When we learn to listen to our intuition, we connect with that deeper part of ourselves, the part that sees beyond fear, doubt, and limitations. It is a source of inner wisdom that can guide us toward growth, fulfillment, and our highest potential.

People are drawn to the Silva Method because they want to become better and better in life.💫

They want to learn how to achieve the goals their heart truly desires, what I call manifestation. They want to improve their health, strengthen their mindset, and recently, through my own experience, I’ve been working with more and more people who also want to improve their focus.🎯

And focus is one of the true foundations of transformation❗
Because where focus goes, energy flows.

Think about it… when you are fully present in the here and now, you begin to notice the small details that keep you aligned with a higher vibration. You choose quality sleep. You nourish your body with care. You stay active. You respond instead of reacting. And because of that, your relationships improve too.

It sounds simple, but in reality, it’s not always easy.

That’s why, in our Silva Method community, we teach the power of dynamic meditation 🧘 to help you strengthen your focus, reconnect with yourself, and thrive while moving toward your goals.

"It’s a wonderful feeling to be deeply relaxed, a very healthy state of being.” - Jose Silva

Recently at the Silva Method Club, one participant reflected on this statement after we practised dynamic meditation. She said that deep relaxation is a skill we should all develop because, when we truly learn how to relax deeply, everything begins to align, our health, abundance, relationships, and overall quality of life. 👌🫶

Hearing this gave me goosebumps because it is so true❗

Deep relaxation is much more than simple rest. It is a return to balance, a quiet state in which the mind becomes calm, the body softens, and tension begins to dissolve. In a deeply relaxed state, breathing slows naturally, thoughts become clearer, and the nervous system shifts away from stress and strain into healing and restoration.

Modern life often keeps people in a constant state of alertness, where the mind races and the body carries hidden pressure. Deep relaxation offers the opposite experience: a sense of safety, peace, and inner harmony. It allows the body to restore energy, strengthens emotional resilience, and improves mental clarity. In many ways, relaxation is not a luxury but a necessary condition for health and well-being.

There is also something profoundly human about letting go. When we relax deeply, we reconnect with ourselves beyond worry, performance, and external demands. Creativity flows more easily, intuition becomes stronger, and we often experience a quiet sense of gratitude simply for being alive.

To feel deeply relaxed is to experience health from the inside out, not merely the absence of stress, but the presence of calm, vitality, and inner peace.

Every child starts out believing they can do anything 🦋🌷

They’re curious. Imaginative. Fearless in the way they dream and explore the world.

And then, slowly, something shifts.

They begin to hear things at school, at home, from the world around them.

“Try harder.”
“That’s not right.”

Without anyone intending harm, children start to form beliefs about who they are… and who they’re not.

As parents, we want to guide them, support them, and prepare them for life. But sometimes, in the middle of busy days and good intentions, we may miss how deeply they’re internalising these messages.

The beautiful part?

We can help them reconnect with their confidence, their calm, and their natural ability to learn and grow. 💯

This is why I do the work I do. ❤️

Working with children and teenagers, I see how quickly things can shift when they’re given the right tools, when they learn how to relax their mind, understand their emotions, and feel safe to believe in themselves again.

I’ve seen children who struggled to focus become more present.
Children who doubted themselves begin to speak with confidence.
Children who felt overwhelmed learn how to find calm within themselves.

Moments like these are the reason I feel so privileged to do this work.

I’ve just opened a small number of 1:1 places (only 5) for children and teens aged 7–14.

The programme includes three 1.5-hour online sessions, usually held weekly, with flexibility to suit your child’s needs.

Through gentle, structured sessions based on relaxation and guided imagination, children learn how to: manage stress, improve focus and memory, understand and regulate their emotions, build confidence and a more positive mindset.

And just as importantly - you, as a parent, are part of this journey too.

After the sessions, I host a 30-minute online meeting where I show you exactly how to support your child at home, so the change continues beyond our time together.
