A really fun one for us.

We were asked to develop a hanging fabric ceiling feature for the new Sarah Lyons & Co studio, so we layered five different fabrics through the space to create movement, softness and a subtle statement overhead.

Somewhere between interiors and sculpture.

Another space completed at the Hippodrome Casino London.

What started as a simple room of slot machines became a fully immersive destination lounge layered in deep blues, brass detailing, textured finishes, illuminated Vegas skyline panels and a central sculptural bar designed to anchor the entire experience.

Starting the year by looking back at one of our final projects from last year.

The original Grindstone in Dundrum, reworked to align with the language developed for Boland Mills and Dublin Landings. This was the first Grindstone, the one everyone knows, with an interior dating back to the brand’s early days.

The challenge was time. Closing for weeks wasn’t an option, so the entire fit-out was orchestrated around a two-day shutdown. Units and counters were designed and built off-site in our Blackrock workshop, then installed at speed. Doors closed Monday afternoon, stripped back that night, new units in by Tuesday, finishes and services completed Wednesday, and reopening first thing Thursday morning.

A full transformation in two days of downtime. A fitting moment, landing alongside Grindstone’s Architecture MasterPrize win and marking a full-circle evolution of the brand’s original home.

Furthermore, we heat treated these Synesso and Ubermilk machines with a gloss finish top coat instead of matte like the other 2 locations to make it unique.

The label tells the story before the cork is pulled. Toners’ iconic facade, etched into memory for anyone who has leaned on that bar, called in for one, or stayed longer than planned. Familiar streets, warm light, a place you always end up back at.

A bottle built on nostalgia, ritual, and the quiet promise that you’ll probably stop by over Christmas. More than once.

Bottle glorifiers for Kinsale Spirit Co.

Inspired by Kinsale and the maritime language of sailing. Movement, tension, and the geometry of sails. Three printed fabric sails set into layered Irish oak, creating depth, shadow, and motion around the bottle.

A display piece that feels alive, not static. Designed to carry the story of place, craft, and momentum.

James Toner 5 year old special release is finally here. Big bold modern label with a custom illustration of the pub itself can now be found across multiple pubs of Dublin, paying respect to the pub we all know and love too well!

After 1.5 years in the making, we finally get to share one of the wildest, boldest, and most technically ambitious venue transformations we’ve executed, and a 1st venue of its kind in UK/EU: Paddy’s Sportsbook, right in the heart of the Hippodrome Casino London.



This is not just a sports bar. It’s a full-throttle, 360° sensory experience.

From the moment you descend into the space, you’re immersed in energy. The entrance corridors are wrapped in crowd-filled fresco-style murals, designed to evoke the electric tension of walking into a packed stadium, surrounded by your team, your rivals, the roar of anticipation. Then it opens into a grand Roman-arched gateway that sets the tone for what’s inside.

Step into the arena and you’ll find yourself surrounded by nearly 50 ultra-high-def screens, all calibrated for maximum clarity from every angle. The seating is laid out in tiered layers, creating the shape and spirit of a modern colosseum, but with a plush, luxurious edge. At the centre, a massive arena-style jumbotron lights up overhead, syncing the entire space into one pulsating moment of sport, drama, and celebration.

The design is deliberate down to the millimetre. Custom marble surfaces, bespoke leather seating, precision lighting, integrated tech, and an atmosphere that never lets you forget you’re somewhere entirely new.
