Food can be you medicine or can be the poison. You have the ability to choose and you should keep in mind that the food is your ultimate energy source. It also has the ability to affect you health and most people neglect that or do not realize it until they have a wake up call. It doesn't matter where you work, or how busy you are, you must make time for the priorities and nutrition should be one of them. You can either spend a lot of time in the kitchen and prep your own food, or let us handle you food prep.
