At Jones Engineering, we know that a strong team is built not just through the work we do, but through the moments we share together.
Twenty-three of our Jones team in Gävle took part in Vårruset, an all-female running event celebrating community and the arrival of spring.
A brilliant example of teamwork, well done to all who participated and represented Jones Engineering!

As part of our continued partnership with ™, we were delighted to attend the Jobs of the Future Festival at Dublin Blanchardstown in May.
Through the Future Trailblazers TY Programme, students are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world of work.
A group of our female engineers shared their career journeys with 300 female TY students, offering real insight into careers in engineering and encouraging more young women to consider a future in STEM.
A fantastic event, and a powerful reminder of the importance of representation and early engagement.

Safety is our top priority, and protecting our people remains at the core of everything we do.
Hand injuries remain the most common injury in construction. To help reduce this risk, our Safety team in Denmark delivered a series of interactive workshops for all on-site contractors. Through five engaging sessions, teams explored key risks including line of fire, pinch points, and glove selection.
Alongside a powerful one-handed life challenge that brought home just how life-changing these injuries can be.
A huge credit to everyone who took part, your willingness to engage, reflect, and learn is what drives safer sites every day.

Our bike maintenance days are rolling on! Employees at our client site and our Cork office got their bikes serviced as we once again teamed up with Cycle Clinic for another successful round of repairs.
As part of our Employee Health and Wellbeing Programme, this initiative continues to champion road safety and sustainable commuting. We remain committed to supporting safer travel choices, reducing our environmental footprint, and encouraging healthier daily habits for all employees.
A big thank you to Cycle Clinic for keeping our team on the road!

Our team recently came together at the JEG Town Hall for one of our pharmaceutical projects in Ireland. The session provided a valuable opportunity to reset, refocus, and align as we continue progressing this landmark project.
The meeting featured five speakers from site, including Brian McCarthy (JEG Contracts Manager), Liam Sexton (JEG EHS Project Lead), and John Tarpey (JEG EHS Process Manager). Together, they delivered a clear and consistent message: every task must be thoroughly planned with safety at the forefront, ensuring our high standards are maintained at every stage of the works.
We are incredibly proud of the commitment, professionalism, and dedication demonstrated by our team and crews each day on this high-pressure project. Their continued focus and hard work are key to the safe delivery of this project.

We're proud to sponsor the Granagh-Ballingarry U10 Ladies Gaelic Football team this season!
The team was delighted with their new jerseys and gear, presented ahead of their first game. Everything we can do to keep girls involved in sport helps build confidence and empowers them for the future. And you never know, we might even have some future engineers on the team.
A huge well done to the players, their families, and everyone at Granagh-Ballingarry GAA. We're right behind you this season.

We had the pleasure of hosting Professor Ella Arensman, Dr Caleb Leduc, and Dr Andrew Dyer to our Limerick site for a very informative workshop on promoting positive mental and physical health. Professor Arensman and her team shared their workings for a mental health app, ProsperH.
ProsperH is designed to be used by craft and management to monitor how well a company is doing to promote positive mental and physical health in the ever-changing environment in construction. With the app currently being trialed in 11 countries, our crew on site had the honour of signing up and helping with the trials.
The workshop also included tips and advice on how staff can recognise signs of struggle within themselves or colleagues, reminding people to build a support group that can be called upon in times of need.
As a company that champions safety and believes the mental health and wellbeing of its staff to be a top priority, these workshops were incredibly beneficial. Thanks again to Professor Arensman and her team!
