Here at Stack A Restaurant every dish has been carefully designed by Head Chef and his fantastic Team, using only the highest quality, seasonal ingredients.

From next week, Stack A Restaurant will be opening Tuesday to Saturday from 5.30pm, serving our Christmas menu. We look forward to welcoming you!

We have spent the past few days working tirelessly to get ready for tomorrow. Tables have been re arranged to ensure social distancing, we have carried out deep cleanings, staff training, and we have made sure that every box is ticked to bring you a wonderful dining experience in the safest environment. Here at Stack A Restaurant @ Urban Brewing, we are beginning to get a bit festive and we have decided to open our bookings, starting on the 1st December, when we are due to come out of Level 5.
This is subject, naturally, to compatibility with the changes in Government’s Guidelines, which we will continue to strictly follow at all times.
We will publish more updates in the following weeks, here and on , as we have more details. We will only be offering a set menu, and a pre payment will be required shortly before your reservation date.

Stack A is currently on a short hiatus and we plan to re open our doors in Autumn, with a new concept, exciting new menus, but the same great quality, fantastic Team and stunning setting as you remember. While we keep working behind the scenes to make this happen, Urban Brewing remains open.

Are you keeping busy in the kitchen with ? We have one for you, courtesy of our Head Chef, Dan Keane. Perfect for breakfast or Brunch, sweet or savoury, these gorgeous pancakes will hit the spot.
🥞 BUTTERMIK RICOTTA PANCAKES
🍴Ingredients:
• 4 Medium Eggs
• 200g Plain Flour
• 50g Icing Sugar
• 200g Ricotta
• 300ml Buttermilk
• 1tsp Vanilla Essence
🍴Method:
• Separate the eggs into two bowls. Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
• Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and create a well in the centre.
• Add the egg yolks and buttermilk gradually. Slowly incorporate into a smooth, slightly stiff batter.
• Add the vanilla and the ricotta and fold. Leave a few lumps of the ricotta to add texture.
• Fold in the whisked egg whites a little at a time taking care not to knock all the air out of them.
• Heat a frying pan with a little butter, bring to a medium heat.
• Place a large spoonful of the pancake mix into the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with maple syrup macerated berries and vanilla ice cream, or with maple syrup and dry cured bacon.
