Every goal will be celebrated.
Every victory remembered.
But no woman should have to fear what happens when the match is over.
Everyone deserves to feel safe at home.

The groups are set.
Who are you backing to win the World Cup?
People across the world will tune in to watch the men’s World Cup this summer. But for many women, it can be a time of fear.
Sadly, research shows that violence against women increases during big sporting events. Football isn't the cause. Most supporters celebrate safely and responsibly.
But large sporting events can intensify existing patterns of abuse, often linked to alcohol misuse, heightened emotions and harmful attitudes toward women.
Visit the link in our bio and see how you can get involved in our campaign.
And please tell us in the comments, which team will you be supporting?
Across the globe, women are standing up for their rights, even in the face of growing backlash.
From challenging attempts to lower the legal age of marriage…
to leading the fight against climate change…
they are driving change where it matters most.
And we can be proud that Ireland’s international aid is playing an important role. When other governments have cut their aid. We have not.
And you are part of that change.
Women leaders on the frontlines are breaking barriers, protecting progress, and defending hard-won rights.
Share this video to show your support for women’s movements across the globe.

Because every action matters, your voice counts.
And yours does too.

“My Euro Vision is a world where humanity comes first.”
Thank you to Charlie McGettigan for lending his voice to ActionAid Ireland’s campaign and reminding us that Eurovision is meant to stand for unity, compassion, and peace.
This year, we’re asking people across Ireland and Europe to speak up for Palestine.
Record your own video beginning with the words:
“My Euro Vision is…”
You might feel like your voice isn’t important, but it is.
Yousef, Retaj and Maram share what your solidarity and support mean to them and what you can do to support a free Palestine.
This Saturday is the Eurovision song contest final. We won’t be watching. But we want to use this moment to draw attention back to Palestine and the double-standards of this contest.
Share what your Euro vision is and visit the link in our bio for more ways to get involved.
We’re using the upcoming Eurovision song contest to refocus attention on Palestine and the double standards surrounding the contest.
What does your Euro Vision look like?
Maybe it’s:
– calling friends over
– cooking together
– supporting local Middle Eastern spots
– hosting a karaoke or painting night
Download the free solidarity pack at the link in our bio, share your version, and tag us 🤍
But most importantly, just take part.
