Achieving outstanding sales figures is not based on the length of time on the market, but the quality and clarity of the negotiation process.

Corner sites, or sites with room for another house or two. We've had a request from three builders for such sites around the greater Dublin area. If there is no planning permission, that's ok - we can have that checked out very quickly!
