Ready for the weekend?
Croissants are rolled, provers are set, sourdough is fermenting.
As always it’s going to be a weekend full of specials: Strawberry Maratozzi, Apricot danishes, sunshine buns and a Potato & Garlic sourdough special 🤭

Sitting in layers of buttery pastry is baked vanilla crème pat with half an apricot and a healthy serving of apricot jam, finished with flaked almonds and some fresh flowers!

Strawberry Maratozzi 🍓
One of our June specials is a fluffy brioche, filled with strawberry jam and vanilla cream, topped with icing sugar, freeze dried raspberry powder and slices of fresh Irish strawberries!

The ‘99’ Cruffin 🍦
A classic summer staple! Inside our Cruffin is house raspberry jam and vanilla crème pat. Finished with vanilla whip, sprinkles and obviously a flake… a 99 is not complete without a flake!
We’re trying to keep the sunshine going with this one, let’s all ignore the rain shall we 🙂↕️
