The Garda National Economic Crime Bureau are warning members of the public of a scam by individuals purporting to be from the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).

It was a pleasure for the Handy Helpers team to attend the One Stop Shop -Information Event for Over 55s held in St. Gabriel’s Parish Centre, Clontarf.

The event brought together a wide range of organisations, services, supports, and volunteering opportunities aimed at enhancing the wellbeing, independence, and community engagement of older adults.

As a not-for-profit social enterprise, Handy Helpers was delighted to meet attendees, share information about our home maintenance and support services, and connect with other organisations supporting older people across Dublin.
