We've been watching this development closely as it's right on our doorstep. Built by Westin Homes and sold by Hooke & McDonald, Inglenook Wood is a small development in Carrickmines, D18, made up of these 4 bed houses and 2/3 bed apartments. With A3 BER ratings and just under 2000 square feet of living space, the €695k price seems spot on in the current market. We can't help but be disappointed that they didn't build some 3 beds and market them at a price more achievable for first time buyers though.
