Paws Off

I've recently heard many horror stories in regards to peoples experiences with pet sitters. As I'm taking a step back from the service, I made a very basic guideline for my clients to refer to for safety and security. There are plenty more green flags to look for but these are a good start😊It can be a very uregulated field so make sure both you and your animal are comfortable proceeding and if anything feels off, pause and listen to your gut🩵

After 2 years of providing an overnight service 365 days of the year, I need to take a brief pause in the New Year. As much as I have enjoyed this part of my job, it has been challenging when life happens. I want to focus on progressing as a trainer and to be able to give 110% in achieving that goal. I also want to be able to do things like get my v unreliable car fixed without potentially ruining somebodys holiday😂My books will now only be open two months in advance and will have very limited availability. Sits longer than a week can no longer be accommodated🩵

Today is Rainbow Bridge Rememberance Day🌈My boy is up there with the best of them, causing chaos, no doubt😂

Thinking of all the beautiful souls we have loved and lost🩵We were only lucky to have had them in our lives🐾

Just a little post because I am in-undated with requests at the moment😊I won't be taking on any new clients for overnight sits for the foreseeable future. I'm very lucky to say I can barely manage the demand I'm getting from my regular clients and I'd like to continue to provide the service for those who have been with me on my journey from the very start🩵

Guinness❤️A sweet-natured, bouncy boy😍This young man finds such joy in everyday life...the feel of the grass of his paws, DIVING into puddles and gnawing at sticks are just top notch😂He firmly believes kind people have left free food for him along every walk and it is a battle to keep him away from his fav choice...chewing gum😅He honestly chews it like a human and has been known to grab one end and spin the other into a long string...absolutely delighted with himself! He is an incredibly loving boy who enjoys a 'stop and snuggle' most walks🩵

Lou Lou❤️An older, absolute distinguished gentleman😍This sweet, sweet man is a gentle giant! He is 11 years young and still has such spirit! He loves nothing more than a car ride, followed by a nice sniffy walk and a bit of socialising😊He is a confident man with generally only one thing on the brain...food😂I had to leave my treat pouch in the car on our outings as he would zone in and only focus on that for a solid hour straight! He must have worked for the TSA in his past life as no treat pockets were safe in the public...all of them were sniffspected and payment was duly made😂🩵

I seem to have a lot of boys on the books, so I'm only delighted to show the girlie's off🥰Any excuse to make it about dogs really😂

The two girls❤️❤️you may recognise the smaller of these two...as she is my beloved Taylors' actual littermate😱😱It breaks my heart to think of the two lives they both led before ending up on the same road. This lady landed safe, while Taylor was bred until she could give no more😔
These two girls are typical water loving, affectionate, goofy newfies and were a pleasure to mind😍My client was happy for me to post her pups but asked that I keep their names private🩵
