At Reed, we understand the urgency to create gender equality, given that, at the current rate, it will not be achieved within our lifetimes. The World Economic Forum estimates that it will take over 130 years to achieve gender equality.
To accelerate this, Reed has introduced dedicated mentoring programmes for aspiring female leaders internally, and for our women in technology community. We have a gender working group committed to providing a platform and safe space to raise awareness, discuss topical issues, and give a voice to all genders. We also conducted our own research and provide advice to employers on improving the world of work for women.
