About us
The Prehab Lab treats injuries and pain using a variety of methods, each varied to the patient's need.
Outside the Lab we work with sports teams, athletes and patients in their own environments aiming to reduce the risk of injury & prevent injury reoccurrence, all while increasing the athlete's performance and confidence, through education and practical work.
The Prehabilitation approach varies for each sport/position played and that's why it's important to choose The PreHab Lab who have such a diverse and athletics background.
