💔💔💔💔💔💔💔.
Unfortunately all good things must come to an end but what an amazing ride it has been.We have had the most amazing 10 years of our lives while meeting some amazing clients and members which we can now call as our friends forever ❤️❤️❤️.We have been through the biggest highs over the years in BTS while also facing the biggest lows and on each occasion we have managed to smile and laugh our way through them with the help of our amazing members 👌.Not many people can say they got to work with their best mate for 10 years but together we have and it is a time in our lives we will never forget.We would like to thank every single member,Trainer and staff member that helped make bodytransformation’s studio such a massive success over the years.From the bottom of our hearts we thank you.

This was one the hardest decisions myself and Alan Connor ever had to make but unfortunately on the 30th of September BTS will close its doors for the last time.

THE SUMMER IS APPROACHING - CONTACT US

Over the years BTS has been renowned for its 6 week transformation programme showing incredible results. We are now accepting new clients for personal training. All of our BTS trainers are fully qualified fitness instructors💪💪

Studies show that physical exercise improves cardio vascular health, increases strength and muscle mass, and with the release of endorphins can show reduction of stress, depression and anxiety.
These are just a list of some benefits that physical exercise has.

Most important is that the goals you set are ACHIEVED with hard work and dedication!

Your transformation will consist of :
*Personal Trainer who conducts a full assessment
consisting of goal setting, weekly targets, measurements, body fat, etc.
*One personal training per week for as long as your transformation is.
*Full meal plan
and so much more.

We have a number of personal training week slots available such as 6 weeks, 10 weeks and 15 weeks. All with different cost. All information will be given in first consultation with trainer.

Look at that weather ... well done to those keeping up the grind even in this heat, its not easy but we move on.

Make sure you all are staying hydrated when doing your classes. The air conditioning is always on and the kitchen area is open for anyone needing the tap to fill up water bottles.

•The times will stay the same but unfortunately we can only have 8-10 max people in the room at one time.
•When you pick your block you will have to stick to it for the month so we know who is in each block so we can contact trace (we hope to change this)

•The course will consist of 3 separate groups of 8-10 which means there is only 30 spots. If the demand is there we will add in another group.
The price of the course is 100€ for the 12 sessions

- Beginners section added to course
- If you are only starting your resistance training and you want to learn the proper technique and form then this is for you.
- CONDITIONING will be different each week
- Progress sheets are available to all to track your progress each week

Do you want to work out but don’t know how to get started?
Do you want to work out but feel intimidated about starting in a group of experienced people who make everything look easy?
Are you aged over 50 and looking to get stronger, fitter and healthier?

Would you like to work out with people who are like you, where you won’t feel out of place and where you’ll feel comfortable learning the basics and mastering your form, so that you’ll be able to squat like a pro and make it look easy too!

Here at Bodytransformations Studio (BTS) our Fit & Fab classes combine cardio and resistance training. You will learn how to perform exercises properly before progressing to resistance training for strength and toning to make you stronger, fitter and healthier. These classes are suitable for beginners of all ages as well as intermediate levels.

They run on Tuesday at 6pm, Thursday at 6pm and Saturday morning at 9am.
You’re never too old to start exercising and you can still be Fit & Fab well into your 50’s, 60’s and beyond.
Some of the many benefits of exercise as we age include improvements in strength and balance, healthier bones and heart, more energy, preventing or delaying diseases like diabetes, osteoporosis or heart disease. And on top of all that it can improve your mood and help fight depression.

If you want to make changes or start something new, walking through the doors at BTS is the first step to becoming, or remaining, Fit & Fab in a studio where everyone is welcomed and made feel comfortable.
