Our trick for your espresso.

If you’re an espresso lover you’d know that little things matter.
To make your espresso immediately more palatable and not numb taste receptors with high temperature we use frozen jiggers for brewing. This simple trick helps bring espresso temperature down to ~60°C making itmuch easier to perceive flavour profile of your chosen coffee. Simple yet effective
