Interesting article in today’s Herald (Pg. 18) with some amazing stats about online Video, which have been pulled together by Niall Minihan from Legion Interactive.
- 80% of Internet traffic expected to be consumed as video by 2019
- 8 billion daily views on Facebook from 500 million users
- YouTube has over 1 billion users & Snapchat 6 billion daily video views
Video, as a form of marketing for Irish SMEs with limited budgets, is feasible - just think 15-second Instagram vids, Periscope, Meerkat etc!
