We are bring traumatised at the moment. In response we are doing our part - doubling down, grinding it out and busy coping and surviving.
It will pass. When it does we will celebrate and be relieved and delighted. Then, about one year later we will be behaving in ways we won’t understand. That’s how trauma works - if not dealt with it lies within us. That’s when the real work will be needed. So survive, celebrate and then be more compassionate to yourself and others, we’ll only be starting.

Its been shown that if 10% of a community meditate at home on their own, serious crime dramatically reduces in that community.
So I wonder if the same applies to kindness: if 10% of people in your workplace were kinder to each other I wonder what would improve ....

It's been a wonderful triple-double week for Time To Fly:
Kelly Proper won the National Sprint Double of 100 and 200 meters.
David O'Hare won the singles and doubles at the Wicklow Senior Open and Andy Johnston became the single and double Irish champion of croquet!
