Management Of Plantar Heel Pain

🦶🏻Plantar heel pain (PHP) is characterized by pain on the heel with first-step pain and pain during weight-bearing tasks.

📚According to the current best practice, the core approach for PHP consists of plantar stretching, low-dye taping, and individualized education.

🗓 These interventions should be applied for at least 4 to 6 weeks before adjunctive modalities such as shockwave therapy and or orthoses are considered.
