We were delighted to host a European Union City-to-City Exchange in Fingal last week, welcoming partners from Tampere, Finland and Donostia, Spain.

This visit gave us a valuable opportunity to explore different models of governance and the operation of community facilities, while also showcasing some of Fingal’s own centres.

It was a fantastic exchange of ideas, highlighting both the strengths and shared challenges we face across our cities. Looking forward to continuing this collaboration and learning from one another.

Well done to Blanchardstown Traveller Development Group and all involved in organising the wonderful Traveller Pride event on the 28th of May in TU Dublin Blanchardstown.

The event started with a really engaging presentation on the history of Morgan Place, followed by the powerful and moving performance of Magpies on the Pylon. The evening was rounded off beautifully with fantastic music performances.🎼

It was a truly great event, highlighting culture, resilience and pride, and the Community Office were delighted to attend and support it.

Well done to everyone involved!✨
