One day. One party. A whole lot of people coming together for someone who meant a huge amount to all of us.
On June 14th, Coppinger turns into an all-day summer party celebrating Ed Daly — our first Head Chef — who was such a massive part of shaping the spirit, energy, and personality of Coppinger from the very beginning.
We’ve asked some friends to join us along the way:

No formal sit-downs. No fuss. Just good food, great music, great people, and the kind of atmosphere Ed loved most.

Starter: Whipped salt cod and anchovy toast.
Main: Pan fried gnocchi, chorizo, ricotta, tomato sauce.
Dessert: White chocolate crémeux, pistachio and almond crumble, confit orange.

What our gorgeous Ian brings to the table is a one-of-a-kind energy that simply can’t be matched! While we wish him all the best in his new chapter, he leaves an Ian-shaped hole in Coppinger that can’t be filled. Pop by for a last dance and a drink on his final shift today. We will miss him so much! Good luck, Diva 💫
