Today was such a powerful reminder of what makes our culture so special.
Over 130 HubSpotters across Dublin, London, Berlin, and our remote HomeSpotters stepped into each other’s shoes to fast from sunrise to sunset.

It’s about more than just a day without food or coffee; it’s about building a workplace where we don’t just observe our differences - we celebrate them. 🌍✨

I’m Wala and I’m on the Mosaic ERG and I am taking over the HubSpotLife page today to showcase our 6th Annual Global Ramadan Fasting Challenge! ✨🌙

Right now, over 130 HubSpotters across Dublin, London, Berlin, and our remote HomeSpotters are setting aside their morning coffees and afternoon snacks to fast from sunrise to sunset — no food, no water, the full experience — all in solidarity with their fasting colleagues. 🌍🧡

What this day is really about:

It is about so much more than a challenge. It’s about empathy, really stepping into your teammates’ shoes, celebrating the diverse traditions that make our community so vibrant, and showing that no matter how many time zones sit between us, we still show up for each other. 🧡

Stick with me today as I take you through the highs, the prep, and the incredible leadership support behind this, all building up to our big communal Iftar tonight. 🥘🔥
What started 6 years ago as a small Zoom team event has grown into something we never could have imagined; a cross-geo movement now spanning multiple cities and continents. Year by year, more HubSpotters have raised their hands to take part, and watching this community grow around such a meaningful cause has been something really special. 🌱
