Great to link in with some of our highly motivated and hardworking young Irish athletes & staff last weekend in Galway.
We completed treatments, screenings and discussed all things injury prevention for the upcoming cross-country season!
Sessions also with Strength & Conditioning coach & performance nutritionist made for an very insightful weekend for all! 💪🏻 🥘 👩🍳 Roll on Cross 2022!
