We live in a world that puts some humans at a disadvantage.
Some of you stay quiet in order to avoid conflicts... In reality, what you are really doing is giving them approval. By being silent, you could be sending a wrong signal... Injustice will continue to prevail if people stay silent!

Tb to Dublin Marathon 2024.
This is one of my most cherished achievements... because It helped me get in a good routine, mentally and physically. I picked up some good habits along th3 way, and then I was able to raise much needed funds for a good cause.
Will I do it again?
The fundraiser part always... the marathon part...Hell No!! 🤣🤪
