Been a minute;
- Dublin looked pretty
- East coast got waves
- fuelling the hunt 🌊
- Cute post surf cafe
- West coast had waves
- and I got a cool mushroom lamp for my desk 👍🏻

Busy end to 2025;
- We designed and launched some merch for
- Winter morning surfs in Dublin have been a vibe 🌊
- We developed and launched a fancy new members dashboard for which houses all their amazing resources in a nice new shiny space ✨
- Did some more surfing
- Became and expert for a day, it was fun
- We designed .coffee new Logo and now get to admire it everyday with a yummy flat white
- Found and surfed Irelands east coast J-bay
- Finished off with a annual end of year surf trip to surf some less friendly waves and made it out alive 🙌🏻

The last month or so;
- Climbed through sheep s**t to surf in Donegal
- Edited and launched second episode of POCUS Pulse
- Made a new badass pitch deck for
- Shops liked my pitch deck
- Drank Coffee in Bundoran
- Surfed no wetsuit after coffee in Bundoran
- Cartons are for kids, in case you didn’t know.
- came to sing a few songs
- I did some concept drawing
- came to Dublin to do no work and drink
- I developed a resource and dynamic events library for the Regional Emergency and Critical Care Systems Strengthening Initiative
- These trees were pretty
- Wore Birks into Dublin and didn’t get beaten up 👍🏻

Coffee – In a KeepCup, obviously. Because who wants to see the planet burn? Fuels me until precisely 11 AM, at which point I crash harder than a 2016 Intel MacBook Pro trying to run After Effects.

AirPods Max – Because silence is a luxury. A meteor could land in the garden, and I’d still be locked into Foo Fighters at full volume.

Glasses – Because staring at a screen all day hurts. Science.

MacBook Pro – The non-Intel kind, because I learn from my mistakes, so did apple.
