Spring’s answer to the Negroni.
We’ve given the classic an Irish twist, raspberry wine from Co. Wicklow and premium Irish gin, balanced with vermouth, peach and rose bitters. Spirit-forward but made for the season: serve over ice, garnish with a fresh raspberry, and top with bubbles if you’re feeling it.
The perfect pre-dinner aperitivo for longer, lighter evenings.
