Join the Devil's Cut regulars to try out a unique range of modern Irish spirits. Find out more about some of the non-traditional methods they use to create their products, as well as traditional, forgotten ingredients through the pillars of Science, Community, Nature, including Ireland's first amaro, herbal liqueurs to rival ancient recipes, and Dublin Dry Gin.

All for 10 euro there isn't a venue in dublin folks doing tastings week in, week out at this price value for money break up the week come join us..🥃🥃

Whiskey of the week



Single Grain Irish Whiskey has gone thorugh an initial maturation in American Oak ex-bourbon casks, and then finished in Virgin Spanish Oak.This whiskey provides a nuance on how we have perceived Single Grain whiskey in Ireland so far.

As it has taken those softer, subtle, and sweeter elements which we are familiar with in Grain Whiskeys, and expanded their flavours through the vanillin in the Spanish Oak.On the nose, it has a clean sweet alcohol note which is an indicator of the grain spirit, follows by layers of soft spices, sweet vanilla, and pencil shavings.

The palate delivers an array of spices from cinnamon to clove, and an array of more tropical fruit styles.The finish is incredibly well balanced with lingering warmth, yet still incredibly smooth.

And all for 5 euro all week long
