"Comorbid conditions are extremely common. Mental health, behavioural and neurodevelopmental are the big three. For example, Autism Spectrum disorder and ADHD comorbidity is close to 50% "
"Mindfulness like CBT can be a useful adjunctive therapy, which can help in undiagnosed adults to unlearning maladaptive coping mechanism and other behavioural concerns but again does not help core symptoms. "
